Survival Poem by Wyatt B

Strange
You may see me in a group home
Judge me for my crimes
But no matter what you say
I know I’m divine

You may see my past and you may ask
what made you do these things
But I will say, by the way,
I made some choices wrong

You may see my heart strong and tart
And know that I am strong
But no matter what I will survive
I will strive because I have the drive
To make my life worth living

So today I will go back to this jail
but I know that it’s my fault that I live in this hell
You may see me today and it’s not hard to know
that I have made a change

I have this feeling warm and fuzzy
and it’s even kind of

Strange
